1-2 Whole Chicken
1/2 cup of Hunter's "Country Boy" sauce
4-6 tbsp of Hunter's "Poultry Seasoning" dry rub
1 fresh rosemary or thyme
Hunter's Barbecue Chicken Recipe
Take your poultry and season well the inside and outside the skin using Hunter's "Poultry Seasoning"
Let your chicken marinade in the refrigerator from 4 hours to overnight.
Fire your grill and cook your chicken around 350 degrees F.
Inject your whole chicken on all sides after 20 minutes of cooking using Hunter's "Country Boy".
Once your meat is about 75 percent finished, brush your chicken using Hunter's "Country Boy" sauce using 2 full coatings.
Once your food reaches the temperature of 165 degrees F, it's finished. Take your chicken and place it at room temperature to rest for 6-8 minutes.
