Hunter's BBQ Ribs Recipe

  1. Place your chicken in a zip lock bag and pour 1/2 cup of Hunter's "Caribbean Jerk" sauce covering both sides. Seal the bag tightly and place in the refrigerator to marinade from 8 to 24 hours.

  2. When you are ready to cook the chicken remove the poultry from the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the marinade. (Do not rinse off the meat)!

  3. Pour your charcoal evenly onto the grill (Preferably Royal Oak), squeeze the lighter fluid evenly over the charcoal and let soak for 2 minutes.

  4. Light the grill and wait 20 or more minutes until the coals turn white

  5. Before you place your ribs on the grill. Make sure you do not see any visible fire flaming. If you do, close your grill for another 3 minutes.

  6. Place your chicken onto the grill around 275 to 325 degrees and close the grill.

  7. Check the grill continuously while flipping the poultry to cook evenly and make sure the fire isn't burning the meat.

  8. When your delicious ribs are about 70 percent completed, season evenly both sides using Hunter's "Jerk Seasoning".

  9. When your ribs are 90 percent completed, glaze both sides using 1/2 cup of Hunters "Caribbean Jerk" sauce.

  10. Once the chicken is fully cooked, let it rest for 7 minutes at room temperature.

  11. Bon Appetit!
