Cowboy Steak Ingredients

(2) 2 1/2 inch cuts of cowboy steak

1/4 cup of Hunter's "Mid-West Cowboy" marinade

4 tablespoons of Hunter's "Texas Seasoning"



Grilled Cowboy Steak Recipe

  1. Marinate 1/8 cup onto the steak of your choice using the “Mid-West Cowboy” from 2 hours or overnight

  2. Evenly rub into the meat using the “Texas Seasoning” all around the beef including the edges

  3. Let the beef sit for 8-10 minutes

  4. Grill/Pan sear the steak at a high temperature of 400-450 degrees

  5. Cook the meat to your finished preference

  6. Let rest for 5-7 minutes

  7. Enjoy
