Sweet, Savory & Spicy VEGAN Wings
Delicious Fried Oyster Mushrooms that is soooo Tasty!

You may have gone plant based, however; once in a while, you may have a meat craving that will take you back to the good ole' day eating fried chicken wings. As you know, mushrooms have always been a fantastic meat replacement and this dish is no different.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
All purpose flour
Unsweetened Soy Milk
Oil to fry
1/4 cup of Hunter's "Country Boy" sauce
4-6 tbsp of Hunter's "Jerk Seasoning" dry rub
Pour soy milk into a bowl and 1 tablespoon of yeast and whisk until your batter is smooth.
Pour All Purpose flour into sheet pan and evenly mix with Hunter's "Jerk Seasoning".
Dip your mushrooms into the batter for 10 seconds, take out and cover both sides well, using the flour seasoned mix.
Place each battered and seasoned oyster onto a plate or tray and let it sit for 10 to 12 minutes.
Pour your frying oil onto the pan and place the mushrooms onto the skillet once it's at a hot temperature. (Give the mushrooms space while frying)
Once your vegan wings are cooked, place them into a bowl of Hunter's "Country Boy" sauce and toss well.
Once it's tossed with a great coating, allow your wings to rest for 6-8 minutes.
Place the deep-fried mushrooms on a tray with oil-absorbing cooking paper or kitchen towel and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
