-Take the poultry off the heat when ready and let rest for 10-12 minutes
SWEET & SPICY WINGS RECIPE IDEA:
-Season poulty evenly on both sides using the "Poultry Seasoning"
-Place your wings on the grill or oven
-Take out your wings once their 75 percent ready
-Full dip them twice in the "Caribbean Jerk" sauce
-Finish cooking until ready & enjoy!
TURKEY LEGS & TURKEY WINGS RECIPE IDEA:
-Overnight to 2 days, marinate your by using the "Mid-West Cowboy".
-Take out of the marinade and season your turkey using the delicious "Poultry Seasoning".
-Cook on low heat until ready.
-You can use the sauce as well as a dipping sauce.
